YOUR SERVICE TEAM

At Passport USA our goal is to provide every international physical therapist and nurse with the highest level of personalized, dedicated service. From your initial contact all the way through to your relocation to the United States and beyond, you will have the full support of Passport USA every step of the way. Learn more about who we are and how we serve you:

Your Recruiter: Your recruiter is the first person you will come into contact with at Passport USA. Your recruiter will explain all the details of the program, answer any of your questions and help you with the paperwork required to join the programme.

Your Licensing and Immigration Specialist: To work as a physical therapist or nurse in America, you must have the correct licensure. Your licensure specialist will guide you through the process of studying for the NPTE or NCLEX-RN licensing exam and will make the necessary arrangements for you to take the exam.  Then, they will also help you with everything you need for the filing of your U.S. visa.

Your Clinical Assignment Manager: Prior to being placed at a healthcare facility in America, you will be introduced to your clinical assignment manager. They will assess your skills and experience, and will play an important role in helping you find a job in the United States that calls for your expertise. Once you have been placed at a facility, your clinical assignment manager will be on hand to answer any clinical questions you may encounter in your new workplace.

Your International Relocation Specialist: Once you have accepted a job at a healthcare facility in the United States, your international relocation specialist will assist you with your housing, discuss auto purchase and lease options, arrange for furniture delivery, and ensure that everything is ready for you once you arrive at your new destination.

Your Meet and Greet Specialist: Upon arrival at your destination in America, your meet-and-greet specialist will be on hand to welcome you and to make you feel at home in your new environment. He or she will assist you with opening bank accounts, obtaining a social security number, and many other tasks. If you have children, your meet-and-greet specialist will assist you with enrolling them in school and making any child care arrangements.

Your Payroll and Benefits Specialist: Passport USA's payroll staff work hard to ensure your paycheck is accurate and on time, and can establish direct deposit of your paycheck free of charge. He or she will also enroll you in our comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and a retirement plan, answer your questions, and customize your benefits package to your liking.
