I am very proud of myself for conquering all the challenges of working with new colleagues, new clients, and the new environment."What skills have you gained since working with our client so far?�"I think the most valuable skill that I have gained is being able to collaborate interprofessionally with other therapists and medical providers. Constantly being able to practice collaboratively with my co-workers from different professional backgrounds has continuously improved the quality of care that I provide to my clients."What/Who motivates you to get your job done?�"I always get motivated whenever I see how the children and their families' lives change and improve because of the work that we do."What aspects about your workplace makes your job enjoyable?�"I love going to work because my colleagues are very supportive, thoughtful and enthusiastic.
