Here in the U.S. many celebrate by eating a delicious Easter brunch, the kids searching for Easter eggs filled with candy and hidden all over the house or the yard. One well-known tradition in the U.S. it the White House Easter Egg Roll, hosted by the President, his family, and his staff, and attended by people from all over the world.
"On Monday March 28, 2016, the First Family will host the 138th annual White House Easter Egg Roll. This year's theme is â€œLetâ€™s Celebrate!â€ and more than 35,000 people will be joining us on the South Lawn for games, stories, and, of course, the traditional egg roll.In addition to all the fun and games, the day's activities - which will include sports courts and cooking demonstrations -- will celebrate the initiatives of First Lady Michelle Obama and the contributions the Obama Administration has made to the Easter Egg Roll.
