"Janice has really raised the spirits of the unit. She makes everyone feel included and goes above and beyond to make her team mates feel supported and valued. She is a strong role model for the staff and demonstrates excellent nursing judgement and skills on a daily basis. Janice has been very flexible with her schedule and has went above and beyond to help the unit provide safe, quality care to our patients. She had to learn a new patient population when she changed her job role and has not missed a beat. She is a fast learner and quickly mastered the skills of an orthopedic nurse. We love Janice!"

"Janice consistently provides excellent care. She is always providing high quality, evidences based care. She takes her time with the patients she is caring for, making sure they are comfortable and cared for the best way she can. She is such a team player will all member of the patients team. She is a great communicator, making sure all staff and patients are on the same page with their plan of care. I really enjoy listening to her interact with patients. They love her! Staff loves her! She is truly an outstanding nurse. She has put 100% in every day she is here. She even has joined our practice team to help solve issues on the unit! Her ideas are so valued and she brings up many good points. We are truly so lucky to have her! She is awesome!"

"My visa petition was abandoned by my previous employer and one of my friends who signed up with Health Carousel referred me to them. Health Carousel recaptured my priority date. I knew that I was in the right and legitimate company because there was no money collection involved whatsoever. I am very grateful for Health Carousel for making my American dream cone true!"What do you like most about working with our client? "The client facility has a very supportive leadership, they are organized, it's a warm and respectful environment, the people are helpful, and we all work as a team with a common goal of providing quality and safe patient care. I am so humbled and privileged to be a part of this unit."What do you like to do outside of work? "I am a homebody type of person. I prefer to stay at home and spend quality time with my adorable 6-year-old daughter and my wonderful husband. We love to watch TV. I also love hanging out with my friends, whether we are at someone else's house, to eat meals and laugh. I am also a part of the local church choir. I love singing for the Lord."What do you love most about being a RN? "I enjoy serving and being with people. I have always believed that being a nurse is never a walk in the park. It requires running around and attending to the needs of multiple patients at the same time. The best part of it is when I lie down on my bed and reflect on my 12-14 hour work shift, with a joy in my heart that I was able to contribute to people's healing processes."What is your favorite American food? "My favorite American food is a medium-rare cooked steak!"Tell us something unique about you! "I enjoy being a mother to my 6-year-old daughter who acts like she's 18 years old. My sister and her family work at my facility as well. My other sister and her family live in Texas."What's your favorite quote? "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people."
