I Am An Advocate To My Patients - Leonil Christian

"Health Carousel always strives hard to make their employees grow to their full potential. All of the Health Carousel staff is very friendly and very approachable. They are always there to help and give you the right resources needed."What do you like most about working with our client? "What I like most about working with this hospital is that we are like a family. We work as a team. Our managers and nurse educators are always there to help us out."What do you like to do outside of work? "I usually spend my time outside of work doing cardio exercises like jogging or brisk walking. This is also a way for me to relieve all the stress from work at the same time and taking good care of my health."What is your favorite American food? "My favorite American food is burgers!"What do you love most about being a RN? "What I love most about being a RN is that I bring good change to my patients. I am their advocate. I consider myself as an instrument of showing God's love and mercy to my patients."Tell us something unique about you! "Back in the Philippines, my friends and I built a non-governmental organization that focuses on a children's education and feeding program. Over the years, we have visited over 30 schools, taught and fed hundreds of children in our local town. As the years passed by, our Facebook page has grown to over 22,300 members. I am hoping that one day, when I go back to the Philippines, we can continue with our advocacy, feeding stomachs with food and feeding brains with the right knowledge."What is your favorite quote?
