PassportUSA, in collaboration with its parent company Health Carousel, is conducting its first annual Nurse Staffing Barometer (NSB). The NSB is designed to measure relative nurse staffing pressure across eight common staffing stressors. The eight included stressors in the study are:
- Overuse of Supplemental Staffing
- Hard-to-Fill Shifts
- Nurse Educational Level (ADN vs BSN)
We are asking nursing and HR management and executives at hospitals and healthcare systems across the USA to participate. Participants will receive a copy of the final study results if they include their email contact information.The study aims to examine the stressors and analyze results by facility location, facility bed count, and job function of participants.Please take a minute to participate by clicking on the button below.
