Hello, everyone. My name is Chloe. I'm a member of the IES team here at Health Carousel International.

Today, I'm gonna be reviewing some information with you on ADP and how to update your direct deposit information.

This is a pretty easy process, and today I've provided some visuals to go along with my explanation so you know exactly where to look when completing this process.

So first, you're gonna wanna log in to ADP. When you log in to ADP, you'll notice a bar at the top that lists a couple different categories.

The categories are going to be Home, Myself, and Resources.

For this process, you're going to look where the orange arrow is pointing on your screen at the Myself tab. Once you select this, you'll be able to start the process of updating your direct deposit information.

Once you've clicked on the Myself tab, there's going to be a drop down menu like the one pictured here.

It will include sections like my information, time off, employment, personal information, benefits, pay, and time and attendance.

For this process, you're gonna wanna look under the pay section and select where it says payment options which is what the blue arrow is pointing to on your screen now.

Making the selection will take you to the next step, which is where you will select to add a bank account.

So once you select this, you'll come to a screen that looks like this, and you'll notice that there's two boxes. The one on the left is where your current direct deposit information is going to be housed, and you can view and edit this information at any time.

The one on the right is where you'll be able to add and make the change to your direct deposit information by selecting add bank account, which is where the blue arrow is pointing on your screen now.

So once you select that, you'll come to a page that looks like this. And it's gonna ask you for some information. It's gonna ask you for your routing number. It's gonna ask you for your account number, and it's gonna ask you for your account type. Once you have entered in that information, it'll take you to the review page, which is the very last step.

During this step, you'll be able to review all the information that you had just put in just to make sure that it's correct. And then once you have verified that it's correct, you can go and submit. And then that is how you update your direct deposit information. Thanks, everyone.
