Compassion That Extends Beyond the Workplace

Ross’ leadership is rooted not only in excellence but also in empathy. Following the tragic loss of her newborn grandson, she channeled her grief into advocacy by supporting Caring Cradles, a nonprofit that provides special equipment to help grieving families spend more time with their infants. Through her fundraising efforts, she helped present two Caring Cradles to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and Good Samaritan Hospital in 2025—transforming personal tragedy into a legacy of comfort and hope for others.

A Distinguished Career in Nursing Leadership

With over 29 years of acute hospital experience, Ross has built a career defined by service, expertise, and mentorship. Before joining Health Carousel International, she managed perioperative, medical-surgical, and oncology services at TriHealth Hospital System, a 320-bed acute care facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her firsthand experience in hospital operations enables her to provide clients with deep clinical insight and to guide international nurses toward successful U.S. careers.

A Certified Global Nurse Consultant (2021), Ross is also a frequent presenter on U.S. work opportunities for foreign-educated nurses, offering guidance that bridges global healthcare systems. Her ability to blend clinical excellence with a global perspective continues to shape the next generation of internationally trained nurses.
