NOTICE OF THE FILING OF A LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION WITH THE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ADMINISTRATION
One H-1B nonimmigrant worker is being sought by Health Carousel, LLC through the filing of a labor condition application with the Employment and Training Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor. This worker is being sought as a Physical Therapist. The period of employment for which this worker is sought is from July 21, 2025 through July 20, 2028. The employment will occur at Assured Home Health, Hospice & Home Care, 5617 Olympic Hwy., Suite 5617, Aberdeen, WA 98520. A wage beginning at forty-eight dollars per hour is being offered to this worker. The labor condition application is available for public inspection at 4000 Smith Rd., Ste. 500, Cincinnati, OH 45209. Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor.
