Referral Bonus for Canadian RNs

Here's how it works:

Refer a qualified RN who has already PASSED NCLEX, has a Canadian citizenship, active Canadian RN license, and recent bedside nursing experience and you BOTH get paid when:

  • Your friend successfully completes their 52-week assignment: you BOTH get paid $750.
  • Total amount paid: $1,500 USD

Frequently asked questions

Are candidates from countries on the new US Administration’s potential travel ban list eligible for referral?

No. Due to potential complications that may severely limit or even prevent the successful issuance of visas for candidates from these countries, we are not accepting referrals for candidates from the affected countries, regardless of their current location or domicile.

Can I refer someone I don’t personally know?

The person you refer must know you personally. We cannot issue a referral payment if the person you refer does not know you. Additionally, candidates referred by a vendor or individual contracted to refer healthcare professionals to HCI are not eligible for this referral bonus.

Are candidates from countries on the World Health Organization (WHO) Safeguard List eligible for referral bonuses?

We do not issue referral bonuses for candidates from countries on the WHO Safeguard List.

How do I receive my referral payment if I’m not living in the USA?

If you're not living in the USA, we can only issue referral payments through a valid PayPal account in a country where PayPal authorizes payments. Please note that we will only send payments to your PayPal account directly. If you are living in the USA, please contact your International Employee Supervisor for further details on how to obtain your bonus.

What happens if two people refer the same friend?

If two people refer the same friend, the person who submitted the referral first (with proper documentation) will be credited with the referral bonus.

When can I submit a referral, and what are the timing requirements?

We can only accept referrals if your friend was referred before they were extended an offer and sent an agreement to join our program. To qualify for a bonus, you'll need to provide documentation showing that you referred your friend before they joined our program. Your friend should also sign an agreement to join within a reasonable time after your referral.
