Elizabeth, our Associate Director of Immigration & Licensing, returned to walk us through the August 2025 Visa Bulletin. While it was a quieter month overall, there are still insights worth noting:

• EB-3 Philippines: No change

• EB-3 India: Forward movement by one month – a small but encouraging shift

• EB-3 All Chargeability, China, Mexico: No change

• EB-2 Categories (for physical therapists): Some backward movement for the Philippines, Mexico, and All Chargeability. No change for India and China.
