During one particularly critical moment, a patient’s condition began to deteriorate rapidly. The situation required immediate clinical intervention, but it also brought overwhelming fear and uncertainty to the patient’s family. In a high-pressure environment where every second counts, Nazly remained composed and focused.

She quickly prioritized the patient’s clinical needs while also recognizing the emotional weight carried by the family at the bedside. With clarity and empathy, she guided them through each step of the situation—explaining what was happening, what to expect, and reassuring them through her presence.

As she adjusted medications and monitored the patient closely, she also took the time to hold the patient’s hand, offering comfort not only through her actions but through her quiet, steady presence.
