Originally from the Philippines, Jhan has built her nursing career through perseverance and purpose. With more than six years of experience in medical-surgical and intensive care nursing, she brings calm, competence, and empathy to some of the most demanding clinical environments.

Working in the US has strengthened Jhan’s confidence in her clinical judgment while reinforcing the importance of teamwork and adaptability. She believes that nursing excellence comes from balancing independence with collaboration, and skill with compassion.
