Mirmalyn’s journey with Health Carousel International began with a desire to grow in her nursing career while being part of a supportive and professional environment. She has welcomed every opportunity to learn, gain experience, and strengthen her clinical skills. Throughout this journey, the guidance she received from her manager, pre-infusion team, and the broader Health Carousel International community has been especially meaningful to her.

Building a nursing career in the United States required Mirmalyn to adapt to a new environment, culture, technologies, and procedures. The transition was not always easy, but each challenge taught her something important about herself. She learned to believe in her abilities, remain humble, stay receptive to learning, and treat the people around her with respect.
