Czarina Mae G. and Bibilyn T. Named March 2025 Employees of the Month:

Health Carousel International (HCI) proudly recognizes Czarina M., RN, and Bibilyn T., RN as our March 2025 Employees of the Month. Their stories reflect the resilience, leadership, and global expertise that internationally educated nurses bring to U.S. healthcare every day.

Czarina M., RN

Currently based in Maine, Czarina is a truly global nurse with over eight years of experience across the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. A cum laude graduate, she has excelled across specialties, including the Emergency Room, Operating Room, Labor & Delivery, and Medical-Surgical units. Whether performing scrub and circulate duties in the OR or taking on charge nurse responsibilities, Czarina brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and leadership.

Her path to the US was not without setbacks. When visa retrogression disrupted her plans, she remained grounded in hope and trusted HCI to walk with her through the delay.

“They never gave up on me,” she shares. “Even now, they help keep me on track with my career goals.”

Since arriving, she has embraced the challenges of transition with strength and clarity.

“I’ve learned to be more independent, patient, and open-minded.”

What fuels her work is the sense of being seen and valued.

“I give 101% because I know I’m appreciated. I hope my story inspires others not to give up, even when timelines shift, dreams can still come true.”

Her journey is one of adaptability, gratitude, and determination, proof that experience across borders can deeply enrich nursing practice and team culture in the US.

Bibilyn T., RN

Working in Virginia, Bibilyn is a BSN-trained nurse from the Philippines with more than a decade of experience, including years of service as a staff nurse in Egypt. Her strong foundation in the Medical-Surgical unit includes administering medications through various routes, monitoring patients, and performing invasive procedures like NGT insertion, catheterization, and IV cannulation. But her technical skills are only part of what makes her exceptional.

When she reflects on her journey, Bibilyn describes a powerful transformation:

“I used to be shy, speaking in front of people was my biggest fear.”

Today, she stands as a confident leader, a proof that she has moved from fearful to fearless. Empowered by the trust she received from her team and HCI, she embraces continuous growth.

“I’m always learning, and I hope my work ethic and contribution inspire others too.”

Recognition, she says, is a reflection of something much deeper than a title.

“I strive to be the best version of myself for my patients, my team, and my future.”

Her quiet strength and lifelong commitment to care serve as a model for nurses at every stage of their journey.
