Harry’s journey as a physical therapist is defined by humility, resilience, and a passion for helping patients regain independence. Working in the United States has been a transformative experience for Harry. Entering a new healthcare system challenged him to remain teachable and open to learning. Kristy’s journey to becoming a nurse in the United States was shaped by determination and the strong support system she found at Health Carousel International. From preparing for licensure exams to navigating immigration and relocation, she credits the organization’s guidance and encouragement for helping her stay focused on her goal.

Throughout her career, Kristy has learned that healthcare is built on connection and collaboration. She believes that leaning on colleagues, mentors, and team members creates a foundation of trust and support that strengthens both professional growth and patient outcomes.
