Inspired by the mission and opportunities available, Julia chose to begin her journey with Health Carousel International.

Since working in the U.S., one of the most meaningful lessons she has learned is how highly healthcare teams value nursing input and collaboration. She appreciates seeing providers actively listen to nurses’ recommendations and involve them in patient care planning, reinforcing the important role nurses play in healthcare decision-making.

Elnah Joy first learned about Health Carousel International through coworkers and family members who encouraged her to pursue opportunities in the United States. After working as a Medical Technologist in the Philippines since 2018, she joined Health Carousel International in 2022 and officially began her U.S. journey in January 2026.

Working in the laboratory environment in the U.S. has strengthened her appreciation for adaptability, resilience, and continuous learning. She takes pride in the critical role laboratory professionals play behind the scenes, ensuring accurate and timely results that directly support patient care and medical decisions.
