For March 2025, we proudly honor the exceptional nominees who continue to inspire through their stories of perseverance and purpose.
Czarina M., RN
Current State: Maine
Country of Origin: Philippines
Specialty: ER, OR, L&D, MS
Czarina is a BSN-trained nurse and cum laude graduate with over eight years of international experience across the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. She has worked in diverse clinical settings including the Emergency Room, Operating Room, Labor & Delivery, and Medical-Surgical units. In the OR, she handles both scrub and circulate duties and has served in Charge Nurse roles.
When visa retrogression delayed her relocation, Czarina leaned on HCI’s consistent support and stayed focused on her goals. Her transition to the U.S. healthcare system has been marked by growth, adaptability, and perseverance.
“I give 101% because I know I’m appreciated,” she says.
Czarina continues to thrive in her role, bringing gratitude, leadership, and a commitment to quality care into every shift.

Bibilyn T., RN

Specialty: MS
With more than ten years of experience, including time as a staff nurse in Egypt, Bibilyn has built a strong foundation in the Medical-Surgical unit. She is skilled in administering medications, performing vital assessments, and handling procedures like IV cannulation, NGT insertion, and catheterization. Her ability to stay focused and dependable under pressure is a reflection of her growth and professionalism.
Though she once feared speaking in front of others, Bibilyn has emerged as a confident and collaborative nurse.

With an impressive 24 years of professional nursing experience, Anne brings depth, dependability, and leadership to every clinical setting. Currently working in the Operating Room, she fulfills key leadership responsibilities as both a Charge Nurse and Nurse Preceptor, mentoring others while ensuring high standards of care.

Jodeth’s journey into healthcare began with a dream of becoming a pediatrician. She chose Medical Technology as a stepping stone toward that goal, but along the way, she discovered a deeper calling. Now, nearly 28 years into her career as a Medical Technologist, she reflects with pride and clarity:

Since 2016, Jodeth has trusted HCI as a consistent and reliable partner in her professional path. Over the decades, she has brought her values—precision, patient safety, and respect—into every shift.

Lorenz Dave A., RN
Current State: Georgia
Country of Origin: Philippines
Specialty: MS, PEDS
With over three years of nursing experience, Lorenz brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to patient care. His work in Pediatrics and Medical-Surgical units involves close coordination with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including ancillary and auxiliary departments, to ensure safe and effective outcomes for patients. In his role, he also carries Charge Nurse responsibilities, demonstrating leadership and accountability beyond the bedside.
Lorenz’s professional foundation includes experience in nursing research, which enhances his clinical insight and evidence-based practice. Described as open-minded and a strong team player, he continuously seeks opportunities to grow and contribute meaningfully to his unit.
He credits HCI with helping him achieve more than a career.

Through cultural competence, collaboration, and continuous learning, Lorenz continues to build a nursing practice rooted in advocacy, purpose, and resilience—reminding us that impact is made not only through knowledge, but through character.

Hazel N., RN

With 16 years of nursing experience and a BSN degree, Hazel brings a deep well of clinical excellence and compassionate leadership to her NICU practice. She has spent over a decade at a JCI-accredited hospital in Abu Dhabi, where she has served as both a Charge Nurse and Nurse Preceptor—guiding new staff while delivering specialized care to the most vulnerable patients.
Hazel maintains certifications in BLS and the Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and recently passed the IELTS exam, continuing to position herself for global career growth. Her experience is rooted in solid bedside care, matched with the kind of professionalism that uplifts entire units.
She found her one and only agency in HCI—and never looked back.

Romulo B., RN

Specialty: ICU, MS
A BSN graduate and a registered nurse for four years, Romulo brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, compassion, and professionalism to every shift. His ICU background includes direct care for complex patients, as well as the ability to skillfully operate critical equipment like cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and patient-controlled anesthesia systems.
Known for being organized, reliable, and service-oriented, Romulo has strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and a calm, focused approach in high-pressure situations.

Suleiman is an ASCPi-certified Medical Technologist with over five years of experience across a wide range of laboratory sections, including Blood Bank, Chemistry, General Lab, Hematology, Immunology, Microbiology, and Urinalysis. His versatility and strong technical skills make him a dependable presence in any clinical laboratory setting.
He is deeply committed to consistency, precision, and continuous learning—values that have made him a respected and reliable team member.
