Celebrating Connection: PassportUSA Hosts Healthcare Professional Engagement Event in Jackson, Tennessee
January 5, 2026

On a warm December evening in Jackson, Tennessee, PassportUSA hosted an engagement event to honor the dedication, resilience, and achievements of our healthcare professionals. Held on December 11, 2025, the gathering brought together members of our healthcare community and their support teams for a night of joy, conversation, and lasting memories.
The event was attended by a committed team of International Employee Supervisors (IES) and support staff, including Maeve Maloney, John Laird, Ashley Patterson, Presley, and Chloe Hassett. For many healthcare professionals, it was a rare and meaningful opportunity to meet face-to-face with the very people who have been walking alongside them in their journey to and through the U.S.
A Welcoming Experience for All
Healthcare professional Anum S., RN captured the spirit of the evening perfectly:
“It was fun. I really liked the event. IES were welcoming.”
Her words reflect the intention behind these gatherings — to create safe, joyful spaces for appreciation, connection, and shared celebration beyond the workplace.
Energy, Laughter, and a Crowd-Favorite: Singo Bingo
The energy throughout the evening was lively and engaging, thanks in part to delicious food and the highlight activity — Singo Bingo, a music-themed twist on the classic game.
“The kids were singing along, grabbing the microphone, and showing off their singing skills,” shared Chloe Hassett. “Even the bartender was determined to help people win! Seeing everyone together, laughing and celebrating, gave me such a warm feeling. It was truly an honor to be there.”
Ashley Patterson echoed the sentiment:
“There was a great sense of connection among everyone… Even the bartender participated in Singo Bingo — which was a huge hit!”
In-Person Connection: More Than a Moment
For the IES team, the most meaningful moments came from meeting the healthcare professionals and their families in person — putting faces to names and deepening bonds formed over months of virtual interaction.
“It felt absolutely wonderful to finally put our HCPs’ names to their faces,” said Presley. “Meeting them in person gave us the chance to strengthen our professional relationships and connect to a more personal level. It was especially meaningful to engage with their families and share genuine conversations that deepened our sense of partnership and trust.”
Chloe added,
“Meeting the healthcare professionals at these engagement events is what truly fills my cup. Talking about their holiday plans and meeting the children they share updates about during check-ins reminds me how meaningful our work is.”
Messages That Stay With Us
Some of the most powerful moments came in quiet conversations and follow-up messages that spoke to the lasting impact of the evening.
Maeve Maloney reflected on one particularly meaningful interaction:
“A healthcare professional who was just days away from completing his contract shared how grateful he and his wife were for the entire journey. They thanked us for the consistent support and guidance that helped them reach this stage of their lives. It was a powerful reminder of the long-term impact our work has — beyond the contract.”
She also received a note after the event that reinforced the value of these gatherings:
“One HCP thanked us for organizing the event, shared how much they enjoyed the night, and expressed appreciation for the effort. Messages like this show that our professionals feel valued, connected, and genuinely supported.”
Why These Events Matter
These gatherings are more than just food and games — they’re a reflection of PassportUSA’s commitment to holistic, people-first support.
“Events like this are important for our HCPs because they strengthen the connection between Health Carousel and the professionals we support,” said Presley. “They create a sense of belonging and appreciation — and provide opportunities for trust-building and peer connection.”
Ashley added,
“They offer a meaningful break from routine, help support mental well-being, and give us the chance to express sincere gratitude for all our healthcare professionals do.”
Looking Ahead
The Jackson engagement event was a celebration of people — their journeys, their impact, and their place in a community that cares deeply for their success and well-being. Whether through shared laughter, warm meals, or heartfelt conversations, the event left everyone — HCPs and IES alike — feeling more connected than ever.
