Myrthle’s nursing journey is defined by her openness to growth and her willingness to step into new challenges. She was drawn to HCI through its Clinical Residency Program, which offered her the opportunity to start fresh in a new area of nursing with structured training and mentorship. After years of exploring different specialties, she found in HCI a partner that truly aligned with her professional goals and values.

Working in the US reinforced Myrthle’s belief that learning never stops. She has embraced new procedures, expanded her clinical skills, and deepened her understanding that education in healthcare is a lifelong pursuit. Just as importantly, she has learned the value of community and support—discovering how meaningful growth happens when colleagues show up for one another.
