The Nantucket public school system currently features 4 schools on the island. Nantucket Elementary School features Pre K-2 and from there, students attend Nantucket Intermediate for grades 3-5. Next, they head to Cyrus Peirce Middle School for grades 6-8 grade followed by Nantucket High School for 9-12. The district also includes Nantucket Community School, an early education center that offers enrichment classes, summer camps, adult classes and more.
