"My experience spans of seven years of nursing practice with currently one year in med-surg, three years in labor and delivery, and three years in outpatient and emergency care. My confidence has improved greatly and especially with the real-life scenarios. I am able to communicate effectively to patients and my supervisors and make clinical judgments for patients' needs. I am also able to assess and prioritize data collection, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
