Effective learning strategy - Ciara, RN

I enjoyed the training. It was a great way to review some nursing concepts once again.� I like the learning strategy that they use which is effective. It engages the trainee/student in the experience because they use videos and enactment of different scenarios. I became more aware of my responsibilities in the US setting.I finished the training within the period of time that was given, 3 days in a week, 4 hours per day. This can be recommended to other nurses as a review but more than that is to show the real hospital set up in the US. After this training, I became more confident and I believe that I am ready to successfully make a transition to the US Healthcare Delivery System.
