The online training, transition-to-practice Medical Surgical Program really helped me a lot to boost my confidence to start working in the USA. It gave me vital information that I need so that I am aware of what to expect in the hospital. A very good example is on how to identify patients using a barcode prior to performing any procedure and giving medications. Overall, I am thankful that I was enrolled in this program because it helped me to refresh and at the same time gain new knowledge to prepare me in my adjustment period during orientation at work in the USA.
