"A test of faith and a test of patience. When I was in college, whenever I was asked why I took up nursing, my frequent initial answer was that 'I want to go to the US.' That’s why 11 years ago, right after passing the local boards, I also immediately took the NCLEX exam. I thought the US application is just a walk in the park however, retrogression strikes and I set aside my plans of applying there. Years passed by; I have thrived and loved the nursing profession by working in our country and eventually trying my luck abroad. I was able to appreciate the difference of our jobs to other professions. I had forgotten my US ambition but I felt stagnant and felt something is still missing as one of my nursing goals are still unmet.I noticed these past few years that the US started to open their doors for nurses again, thus I kick-started my application. Health Carousel accepted me in 2015 and they were very hands on in my application up until my deployment. It felt surreal, I was aghast and teary-eyed when I saw my visa stamped on my passport as it reignited my life's goal for me and my family. Now I will commence my US journey and I pray that everything will fall into places where God destined me to be. I am truly grateful to Health Carousel especially my international deployment advisor, Raissa, who was very understanding and accommodating in answering all my queries. I recommend this agency because they are reliable about processing US applications. God bless and best wishes to us all."PROFESSION: Registered NurseCANDIDATE NAME: GeraldLOCATION: GeorgiaDEPLOYMENT DATE: April 16, 2018
