The online testing is a very helpful program for international nurses who want to practice in the US Healthcare System. It will guide you in every aspect of nursing care as well as the US Healthcare policy. All along I know nursing is a simple profession, but after learning the concepts it changed my perception of nursing. Aside from the basic skills and patient care, you are committed to society as well as providing quality healthcare. I also learned the value of responsibility and accountability in all your nursing actions. It took me 6 weeks to finish the program but I think it can be done in 3-4 weeks if you're going to spend more time on it. I strongly recommend the program to other candidates because it is totally different from the nursing practice you are used to. After completing the training program I can say that I am confidently making a transition to the US Healthcare Delivery System.
