Taking the training was a pretty good learning experience for me. The training environment was advanced. The online assessments, as well as the pre-tests, provide an overall picture of the topics you excel at and you need to improve on. Lectures and real-life simulation exercises covered several topics that would be essential in my practice. �They provide a per week checklist that serves as an outline of all the modules. Also, you're assigned a virtual coach who keeps track of your progress and you can message anytime if you have questions. It took me 10 weeks to complete the program. Being a nurse demands continuous learning, so I highly recommend the program to candidates who are getting ready for their US deployment. The training helped ease my apprehensions and made me more confident in my ability to successfully make a transition to the US Healthcare Delivery System.
