My favorite part about working for PassportUSA is guiding a healthcare professional through the visa process - Derrick
The International Deployment Advocate team is a large part of the full cycle recruitment process at Passport USA.

They are responsible for supporting healthcare professionals with their documentation, licensing, immigration, and fulfillment activities. At the end of the process, they coordinate with the Account Managers to schedule client interviews and collaborate with the Travel & Housing Team to prepare the candidate for their transition to the USA.

Derrick stays motivated for his healthcare professionals because "I know I have this person's dream and their future in my hands."
