PassportUSA will be presenting to Human Resources Leaders of the National Association for Healthcare Recruitment on The State of the U.S. Nursing Workforce: 2020 Edition this July.The annual conference held by National Association for Healthcare Recruitment (NAHCR) was originally scheduled to take place in Minneapolis, MN this month. The organization has chosen to move their conference to a virtual platform, as many others plan to do the same in response to COVID-19.NAHCR will be offering all the features of a conference via web during the scheduled dates of July 28-30: including a virtual exhibitor hall, regional networking sessions, industry-specific educational seminars, and even a virtual happy hour.

PassportUSA Chief Nursing Officer, Earl Dalton, will be presenting alongside Director of Talent Acquisition for Sentara Healthcare, Arelene Sadoff. The webinar will take place on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 12pm ET.

Together, these healthcare leaders will be diving into the U.S nursing shortage -- and proveneffective recruitment methods to beat the impact of factors draining the labor pool across healthcare systems nationwide.
