Meet Anne Manager of Credentialing at PassportUSA. She has worked for PassportUSA for 5 years and leads the Credentialing team who are responsible for ensuring all working Healthcare Professionals are compliant with Joint Commission and hospital standards.
Her favorite aspect of her job is is that her role is challenging and she has to constantly adapt and learn to "roll with with the punches."
It makes the work exciting, motivating, and fulfilling. On top of that, there is a great social mission that aligns well with my own personal values. Nothing is more exciting than seeing big dreams come true for our healthcare professionals as they finally make it to the USA!
Anne's advice to future or current PassportUSA employees:
You will get back whatever you put into it. Stick with the programs and advice you receive from your advisors. PassportUSA has a lot of great opportunities to take advantage of - the more you participate and dedicate yourself to doing these, the greater success you will have in your career.
Anne's life mission is to leave the Earth a little bit better than when she entered it.
I try to consider [my life's mission] in the decisions and choices I make, whether that is picking a great career or finding opportunities to give back to my community. The better the values and social impact my employer has, the more motivated I am to both be successful and help my company achieve successes.
