2020 Medical Laboratory Professionals Week

PassportUSA is excited to celebrate Medical Laboratory Professionals Week (Lab Week) with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) this year from April 19–25.

Most patients don't know that the majority of their medical records are from laboratory tests that diagnose diseases and determine treatment plans. The purpose of this annual event is to increase public awareness of the importance of laboratory professionals and their role in every aspect of healthcare. The exceptional efforts and behind-the-scenes work of laboratories is essential to protecting public health. The CDC supports laboratories as they safeguard the public’s health by continually improving quality and safety, informatics and data science, laboratory preparedness and workforce competencies.

PassportUSA appreciates all our laboratory professionals and are proud to have them as a part of our PassportUSA team. Thank you for all that you do!

We encourage everyone to celebrate Lab Week with us by leaving a comment below to thank a laboratory professional. We are actively hiring registered nurses!
