Martha is one of our wonderful RNs currently assigned in Arkansas. She picks up on everything from our EHR to processes very quickly. Our front line co-workers and leadership all enjoy working with Martha. She is open to learning and trying new things. She is a example to other staff members and has a leadership mentality when it comes to getting things done and doing it the correct way. Patients and families comment on Martha's kind bedside manner frequently. When Martha learns something new she is always excited to share with others. "Health Carousel is more than an employer. They are efficient, caring, and they make sure that you succeed in your assignment."What do you like most about working with our client? "I love the people I work with and the support they gave me since the first day. This facility is more like a family to me."What do you like to do outside of work? "I like traveling, visiting new places, and spending time with my husband. We love to watch movies and read books. We enjoy swimming in the summer."What is your favorite American food? "I love mashed potatoes with gravy! I can add anything else on my plate but mashed potatoes with gravy has to be on my plate too."What do you love most about being a RN? "I love being able to put a smile on the people who are in pain and constantly reminding them that I truly care for them."Tell us something unique about you! "I can speak 6 languages. I have been able to visit 5 states so far, and I am a great singer and also a great cook."What is your favorite quote? "Be careful with the words you say.
