"I had my NCLEX completed in August 2008 and started to look for an agency that would petition my application. It was the start of retrogression and no agency accepted me. In November 2014, I found Health Carousel on the POEA/Work Abroad website and I gave them a call. They asked me to submit the requirements and they processed the contract.
